I am adding here what I believe is a wrong measure for the strength of a ssl
key. Unfortunately I have no time to discuss this more with my teacher, so I am
leaving this note hoping to revert this commit after 14/03.
5afbc527f1Setting upperbound limits to some questions.
* metadata prompts some warnings now, for dummy informations in certificate,
plus keylength deprecations.
* p-1 is upper-bounded to 1000 primes now, as with the first primes list;
* p+1 is upper-bounded to 1000 primes now, as with the first primes list;
* standard version of pollard's ρ is no more listed.
a515a5d047Using a smaller dataset of primes, if not in cluster mode.
Refine the script primes.sh to accept a parameter $1, the number of millions of
primes that wants to be used as pool.
Now, by default a simple user downloads only the first million of primes.
A cluster user instead will download 20M primes.
Please note that the maximum is 22 as of today.
75379929b1Add systemd service to be installed with debian.
Note: when I remove tha package this file doesn't get removed. Why?
When I update the file and then reinstall portspoof it doesn't get udpated. Why?
This seems to install the package and do the job.
e81aa2af2cAdd syslog Logger.
Add rust's syslog as dependency and create a Logger to interface to it.
Note: systemd should take care already of logging into syslog, so I'm not sure
this thing I'm doing is really useful.
cc17bcdd10Maybe experimenting with .map and .map_err was a bit overkill for now.
